New Wooden Flooring For Borehamwood Customer

We started a stunning new job last week in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.

100sqm of unfinished engineered oak is to be installed in the home of one of our customers. We will be fitting the engineered oak in a downstairs room, on the landing, 4 bedrooms as well as the top floor attic space. The rooms were all carpeted, which we have now removed. Underneath them were pine floorboards which have been prepped for a solid subfloor.

The client decided that they would like the flooring to be unfinished so they could take their time to decide on the finish they would like. The most important thing for the client was colour of the floor. Most of the pre-finished floors didn’t tick the right boxes, so we suggested an unfinished engineered floor, 20mm thick with 6mm oak layer. After installation the floor will be finished with the required colour, which will be tested for final confirmation from the customer.

We were very proud to gain this new project as we understand there were six other companies quoting for it and we gained the contract. Customer service is very important to us as a company and we took the time needed to really listen to what the customer wanted, to ensure we provide top quality products for the specified work.
